In the past few years one of the newest inventions and technological gadgets has been the smartwatch. Watching your health and keeping active is more a part of the fabric of life than ever. I think that the Apple watch really brought this trend to the fore front. I have had a fitness tracker since 2012 when I bought my Nike Fuelband which I loved because it allowed me to compete with friends and always gave me a goal for the day. Since then there have been many trackers on the market but not as many smart watches.
Enter the Movado Museum Sport Motion, an elegant looking watch that also tracks steps, calories, distance and total active time. Now a smartwatch isn't going to change the world but what it will do is give you a little motivation. If you're 1,000 steps away from your goal maybe you'll get up and go for that walk that you wouldn't have if you didn't have your smartwatch.
The Movado Museum Sport Motion also tracks your sleep. It can tell if you're restless or if you're sawing logs which is a great way to see just how much rest you're getting. The only downfall of this smart watch is that in order to get all the info you have to wear the watch. If you're like me and you have a collection of watches this becomes a problem as I never wear the same watch everyday.
If you have a smart watch let me know which one you have and what you think of it in the comments below.
