Feast Your Eyes on 4K

When it comes to technology I am definitely a bit of a geek. I actively try to keep up with the latest technological trends and generally have the latest phone available. I'm keen to know what's going on in the tech world. That being said, admittedly, I was quite late to the 4K TV train.

I tell myself it is because of cost. When 4K TVs were released, the pricing was hard to justify at upwards of $2000/set. More recently, however, the prices have come back down to Earth, allowing for everyday Joes such as myself, to climb aboard the train.

Our last TV, a Samsung Smart TV, came from Best Buy so I knew exactly where to look for the upgrade. I didn't want to spend too much (but also didn't want to cheap out) and I found that the Samsung 55" 4K UHD Tizen Smart TV was the perfect balance. It has all the features I was looking for in a 4K. From the aesthetically-pleasing slim bezel to the most current Smart Capabilities, I was hooked. This model even had some features I didn't even know I wanted like the One Connect Box and the One Remote Control.

The One Connect Box holds all the TV's connections in an external box to eliminate dismounting the TV should you need to plug in or remove any new device. This feature will come in handy for us when I hookup my laptop to the TV to show photos of our next trip to the Bahamas.

The One (universal) Remote Control (pictured above) syncs with all of your devices creating a seamless experience whether you're watching Netflix or enjoying another Victory Royale on Fortnite. It retails for $1,399.95 and you can find it here.

Feel free to send me a note on Instagram if you have any questions about our experience with the Samsung 55" 4K UHD Tizen Smart TV.  I'm always happy to help!
